SK Roofing and Building came out to repair our roof after a bad storm damaged several tiles. From the initial call to job completion, they were prompt, courteous, and highly efficient. The repair was carried out with care and precision, and they made sure the roof was completely watertight. They even gave us advice on how to spot early signs of wear in the future. Pricing was fair, and there were no hidden charges. I was especially impressed that they took the time to check surrounding areas for potential issues too. Great work, great communication, and a very friendly team.

They recently completed leadwork around our dormer windows and flashing. The detail and neatness of the work stood out right away. The team was very polite and answered all of my questions without hesitation. They clearly take pride in what they do and use quality materials. I’ve had no issues with leaks since, even during some very heavy rain. I was impressed with how thorough they were during the inspection as well. They spotted a few minor issues that other roofers missed. All in all, very reliable and highly skilled professionals.
